Frequently asked questions

Whether you are an independent owner-operator or managing an expanding fleet, partnering with a dependable dispatch team keeps your wheels turning and your revenue growing. Here are the most common questions carriers ask before starting with us.

What does Tha PickUp Dispatch & Logistics do, and how can you help my business?

We provide comprehensive freight dispatching and logistics consulting. We actively search load boards, negotiate the highest possible rates on your behalf, manage broker-carrier agreements, handle rate confirmations, and coordinate logistics so you can stay focused on driving safely and expanding your operations.

What types of equipment and freight do you dispatch, and what regions do you cover?

We support multiple equipment categories, including dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, and box trucks. Our dispatch service covers major freight corridors across the continental United States, tailored to your preferred lanes, home-time requirements, and route choices.

How much do your dispatch services cost, and are there any long-term contracts?

Our dispatch service is percentage-based, with no flat weekly fee, meaning we only get paid when you get paid and book profitable loads. We believe in earning your business trip after trip, so there are no forced long-term lock-in contracts.

What documents and information do I need to get started with Tha PickUp?

To complete your onboarding smoothly, you will need basic business and equipment information, an active MC and USDOT number (when applicable), a signed W-9 form, and current proof of commercial liability and cargo insurance.

How do your fees work (flat rate vs. percentage)?

Our fees operate strictly on a competitive percentage of the gross load pay, with no flat weekly charge. This aligns our financial goals directly with yours—we are always driven to negotiate the highest rates possible for your miles.

Do you force dispatch or can I decline a load?

We never force dispatch. You maintain full operational control over your truck. We locate and present the best-paying options suited to your preferences, and you give the final approval before any broker agreement is signed.

How fast can my truck be dispatched once I submit my paperwork?

Once your carrier packet, insurance certificates, and authority documents are submitted and verified, we can often begin booking loads for you within 24 to 48 hours.

Who handles billing, invoicing, and rate confirmation paperwork?

We handle all packet completion, broker setups, and rate confirmations for every load we secure. In addition, we coordinate paperwork transfer to your factoring company or direct billing provider to ensure swift payment turnaround.
